- Consultation with senior consultants
- Reviewed and researched existing learning and development programmes
- Designed and delivered a two day high performance facilitation skills programme built around a globally recognised facilitation core competence model
- Built in two opportunities for each participant to practice and develop facilitation competence and skills
- Designed a high performance facilitation skills workbook for use both during the programme and in the workplace
Outcomes
- Enabled the development of enhanced and high performance facilitation skills and competence
- Developed a broader understanding of high performance facilitation skills, methodologies, tools and techniques
- Increased ability to intervene and manage ‘difficult’ group situations
- Improved facilitation confidence and ability of consultants working with clients and facilitating client workshops
