Who we are
circleindigo was founded in 1999 by Gary Austin and Justine Marchant two highly experienced professional consultant facilitators with over 25 years experience of group, collaborative and participative working.
In 2005 Sarah Willis consultant facilitator with a background incorporating design, education and research joined circleindigo.
Gary, Justine and Sarah are passionate about enabling people to unlock their potential and thinking in relation to creating the best futures for themselves and the organisations in which they work.
