3. Designed and delivered a two day high performance facilitation skills programme built around a globally recognised
facilitation core competence model
4. Built in two opportunities for each participant to practice and develop facilitation competence and skills
5. Designed a high performance facilitation skills workbook for use both during the programme and in the workplace
