Sarah Willis
Senior Consultant Facilitator
Sarah has extensive experience of facilitation, learning and development, design and project management. She is innovative, creative and passionate about the development of others and is committed to working in challenging arenas. Her work has included facilitation of groups within the community, small and medium enterprises and large corporations.
She has designed and led projects/programmes and workshops at all levels and these have included managing transition, unlocking potential, social inclusion, diversity, conflict resolution, citizenship, creative problem solving, team development, coaching, mentoring and leadership.
As a previous Director of Learning for a London based charity, Sarah was responsible for the design and implementation of experiential learning programmes as well as the development of an extensive team of facilitators for several years.
Working with a not-for-profit research organisation/foundation, she was Project Director of an active research programme called 'TalentKey' an experience designed to unlock the potential of individuals.
Sarah has facilitated programmes and workshops across many sectors, age groups and organisations and has recently taken a significant role in a national programme developing extended services within and around schools.
She is a director of circleindigo and non-executive director of ARC Theatre Company.
