Justine Marchant

Senior Consultant Facilitator

Justine is a director and co-founder of circleindigo having started the company in 1999.

Justine brings extensive experience of consulting and facilitation experience working with clients across all sectors and industries, profit and non-profit, public and private and third sector.

She previously worked as a senior consultant in a large in-house management consultancy. There she was responsible for maintaining facilitation skill and competency levels across the organisation including leading facilitation awareness and dissemination of facilitation best practice.

She is now advising other companies and consultancies in the same capacity and continues to deliver powerful facilitation skills transference to a range of organisations.

Justine is skilled in strategic interventions working with groups, large (250+ participants) and small, to explore possible futures and their impacts. Her intuitive approach to complex situations means that she is at ease in difficult environments managing uncertainty and conflict.

She was previously chairwoman of the UK Facilitators Network (UKF) and International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Europe Regional Representative leading cross-cultural facilitator teams to deliver numerous IAF Europe Conferences.

Justine is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) under the global IAF facilitator certification programme. She is also an assessor on the programme.
