My natural authority combined with a down to earth approach enables me to build rapport quickly with individuals and organisations. The thread that runs through my work is making connections between people, ideas, concepts and theories. I'm committed to raising awareness and building capacity in people to effectively manage change and transition and build resilience. I continue to have a significant role in the development of the facilitation profession and seek to push the boundaries and raise the bar globally.
