The International Association of Facilitators

The International Association of Facilitators (IAF) is a worldwide organisation with 1200+ members in 36 countries. The IAF promotes, supports and advances the art and practice of professional facilitation.

circleindigo draws on the knowledge and wisdom of this global network of colleagues, which embraces a broad spectrum of individual, professional and cultural diversity, in order to provide our clients with the richest solution to meet their needs.

Gary Austin is a past Chair of the IAF (1999-2000) and a member of the Executive Team (1998-2001). Along with the Executive Team and the Association Coordinating Team he was responsible for the association and the work it carries out on behalf of members. This includes a facilitator certification programme, various publications and research and supporting IAF conferences around the globe.

Gary and Justine have both previously held the role of IAF Europe Regional Coordinator responsible for coordinating support for members in Europe incorporating the annual IAF Europe conference.

Gary and Justine are also IAF Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF) and Assessors.
