  • Designed and delivered two Lumina Spark based workshops; one for the senior leadership team and one for the wider departmental team
  • Provided individual Lumina Spark personality portraits for each person
  • Enabled an intra-team joint approach to working together more cohesively moving forwards
  • Supported individual and team learning based around personal Lumina Spark personality portraits

Client feedback

Through use of the colourful and engaging LuminaSpark mat and personal profiles circleindigo brought energy into the room and helped colleagues within a team to engage and discuss openly how they interact with one another. It resulted in new insights about the team’s strengths and potential gaps in desired qualities, and recognition that existing well-intentioned behaviours might not always deliver the customer the best result.
