  • Built in two opportunities for each participant to practice and develop facilitation competence and skills
  • Designed a high performance facilitation skills workbook for use both during the programme and in the workplace


  • Enabled the development of enhanced and high performance facilitation skills and competence
  • Developed a broader understanding of high performance facilitation skills, methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Increased ability to intervene and manage ‘difficult’ group situations
  • Improved facilitation confidence and ability of consultants working with clients and facilitating client workshops
